Norm's Hope and the Elderly Bill

Norm didn't intend to hurt anyone, except himself. Now he's serving life for a suicide attempt gone tragically wrong. With his health failing, he's hopeful Illinois will pass the Geriatric bill, HB 2045 and let him return home.
